Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CodeForge (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CodeForge is an AI-powered programming education platform operated by Ayubzai Business Solutions LLC. The Service provides interactive lessons, AI tutoring, code execution, quizzes, and progress tracking across 70+ programming languages.

3. Account Registration

To use CodeForge, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Maintain only one account per person

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

CodeForge offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro plan with full access. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Pro plan is billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• New Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Use the platform to generate malicious, harmful, or illegal code
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access restrictions
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape content or overload the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All CodeForge content — including curriculum, lesson text, UI design, software, and branding — is owned by Ayubzai Business Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your code remains yours. Code you write and submit through the platform is your intellectual property. By submitting code, you grant us a limited license to process it for grading, tutoring, and execution as part of the Service.

We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

7. AI and Code Execution

CodeForge uses AI (Anthropic Claude) for tutoring and code grading. Code you write may be sent to the Claude API for processing. Code is also executed in sandboxed environments via Judge0 for live output.

You agree not to:

• Submit malicious code designed to exploit or damage systems
• Submit code that performs illegal activities
• Attempt to escape the sandboxed execution environment

AI-generated feedback is educational in nature and should not be treated as professional advice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific learning outcomes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of educational content but do not warrant that all content is complete or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ayubzai Business Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we will honor any remaining paid subscription period.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lancaster County, Nebraska.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
