CodeForge is a product of Ayubzai Business Solutions LLC, based in Lincoln, Nebraska, United States. When we say “we,” “us,” or “CodeForge,” we mean Ayubzai Business Solutions LLC.

2. What Data We Collect

Account Information

When you sign up, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.

Learning Data

We collect data related to your learning activity, including:

• Lesson progress and completion status
• Quiz scores and assessment results
• Code submissions and practice attempts
• Streaks, badges, and achievement data
• Spaced repetition scheduling data
• AI tutor conversation history

Usage Data

We collect basic usage data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve the platform.

Payment Data

All payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never store, see, or have access to your credit card numbers, bank account information, or other payment credentials. We only receive confirmation of payment status and subscription details from Stripe.

• To operate the platform and deliver your personalized learning experience
• To track your progress, calculate assessments, and schedule reviews
• To process subscription payments via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (welcome, billing, account notifications)
• To improve the product based on aggregated usage patterns

We never sell your data to third parties. We never share your personal data with advertisers. We never use your data, code submissions, or learning activity to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

CodeForge uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — Database hosting and user authentication
• Anthropic (Claude API) — AI tutoring and code grading. Your code submissions and tutor conversations are sent to Claude for processing.
• Stripe — Payment processing for subscriptions
• Judge0 / RapidAPI — Code execution. Your code runs in sandboxed, isolated environments.
• Vercel — Application hosting
• Resend — Transactional email delivery

5. Data Retention

Your account data and learning progress are retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Export your learning progress and account data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data

7. Children's Privacy

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use a tier-caching cookie to avoid unnecessary database lookups. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
